Ed's Special Advice
Collards are grown like cabbage. Sow seeds sparingly to avoid crowding and spindly growth of young seedlings. Grows best in moderately rich and moist garden soil. Pulled plants from thinning can be eaten as well as outer leaves of more established plants.
