Ed's Special Advice
Pak Choi grows best in the cooler parts of the growing season in moist rich soil. Protect from insects with cheesecloth or agricultural fabric. Cut outer stalks as plants grow or cut entire plant at the base. Center stalk can also be harvested to help force growth to outer leaves.
